Berwick Maine's Home Buying Expert |

Janet Hagan, owner/broker of The Buyer’s Voice in Real Estate, was
professionally educated as a neonatal intensive care nurse and served in the
rank of Captain in the United States Army. Janet changed careers in the
1980s and became a licensed real estate Broker in both Maine and New
Hampshire.
Active in the real estate community, Janet has served on the Board of
Directors of the National Association of Exclusive Agents (NAEBA); President
of the NH Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents; and Board member of the
York County, Maine, Association of Realtors.
Professionally, Janet has been awarded many designations as a result of
continued higher education. The Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent (CEBA)
designation, the hallmark of achievement in the EBA field, is awarded only
by the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents to those candidates
who have successfully completed certain specific requirements that attest to
their superior proficiency in the representation of buyers of real estate.
Out of 1,102,250 Realtors in the United States, Janet was the 40th Realtor
in the US to receive this designation.
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation
awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS
Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and
education and CRS members comprise just 4 percent of all REALTORS.
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of
excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by
the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National
Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified
educational and practical experience criteria.
Our name reflects our purpose: to provide loyal, dedicated service to home
buyers. We only work for the Buyer - all the time, no exceptions. We never
work for the person selling the home. We can help you find the property that
meets your needs. Since we never work for Sellers, we are not trying to sell
you one of our properties. Finding a property to purchase is generally the
easiest part of our job. Use the links on our site to look at homes in
Seacoast New Hampshire and Maine. The hard part comes after the desired
property has been identified. As a team, we help Buyers to gather
information concerning a property and its value to help them make an
informed decision to purchase a home. It is our job to point out both the
positives and negatives of any given property. Again, we have that freedom
because we never list homes for sale and we never work for Sellers.

Trust Relocation Network Woman's Day Magazine Suggests you call Buyer's
Trust Real Estate
"Get a broker on your side. In most states, real-estate agents
work for the seller, not the buyer. This means that the agent wants to
get the seller the best price possible. Using a buyer's broker, who has
your best interest in mind, may help you shave thousands off a home's purchase
price, mortgage or various other costs, and there is no fee to the consumer."
Woman's Day suggests to find a buyer's broker, you should call one of the
many referral services across the country such as Buyer's Trust -
