Having enjoyed two previous careers – twelve years in early education and
sales/consumer computer training with Apple and Hewlett Packard – I rather
fell into real estate in 1985. I became a broker owner in 1989. My business
partner at that time, Beverly Hall, and I started the second exclusive buyer
agency in NH and the company has been dedicated to representing BUYERS ONLY
since 1990. We were really the pioneers in our area and were founders of
both the NH Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents [NHAEBA] and the National
Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents [NAEBA]. In 2000 Beverly retired and I
have remained as sole owner among many other titles!
I reside in Eliot, Maine on the Piscataqua River where my husband Kenneth
and I enjoy fishing, gardening, boating and our grandchildren. When we can
find time to get away, we have camps on a NH mountain pond and a northern
Maine river.
In 1990 our agency became dedicated to buyer
representation exclusively, and remains dedicated to representing BUYERS
ONLY to this day. The office is located in Portsmouth, NH and licensed in
