Bob
and Janis Powers, your Exclusive Buyer Broker team, have the experience,

Bob opened the first Exclusive Buyer Representative office in the Dayton
area. A Dayton native, Bob has a degree in Engineering from the University of
Dayton and an MBA from Xavier University. Bob has been assisting Home Buyers
as an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent since 1992.
Janis teamed with Bob as an Exclusive Buyer Agent in 1996 after leaving a
career in the corporate world. She has Business and Communications degrees.
Bob and Janis work together to make their clients’ home-buying process as
hassle-free as possible.
The philosophy at Buyer’s Corner is that "Any agent can call
