Cathy Wilson is
Atlanta's Home Buying Expert |

Cathy Wilson is the broker of Exclusive Buyer Agents of
Atlanta, Inc., an EBO office (EBO means all brokers, associate brokers,
sales agents, etc. licensed in our office do NOT take listings, thereby
always representing the buyer client). Because we are exclusive buyers'
agents and brokers, we can represent the buyer's interests 100% of the time.
Cathy has been in the real estate industry since 1984. She has always
enjoyed working with the buyer and found herself working mostly with buyers
early on in her career. In 1989, she started her own real estate firm and
worked only with buyers never realizing there was a such thing as an
Exclusive Buyer's Agent. In fact, the concept has already begun on the West
coast, but only recently has it even been heard of here in the southeastern
region of the United States. Cathy earned her broker's license in 1989, has
a degree in Science and Nursing, and enjoys her family and the friends she
makes everyday in the business. Many clients become life-long friends. She
has three children - Teri, her oldest daughter who is 33 years old and also
an EBA, Billy who is 29 years old and a Captain in the US Army and Shea who
is a typical 19 year old teenage girl.
EBA of
Atlanta, Inc. was founded by Cathy Wilson in 1999 and has grown from a
single person agency to thirteen agents and brokers as of November 2003.
Increasingly, consumers are demanding representation in the home buying
process and that is one of the reasons EBA of Atlanta has grown in the
number of agents it currently has with more contacting us all the time
inquiring about becoming an Exclusive Buyer's Agent. We are striving to be
#1 in the metro Atlanta area and we have the agents who are doing it!

Trust Relocation Network Woman's Day Magazine Suggests you call Buyer's
Trust Real Estate
"Get a broker on your side. In most states, real-estate agents
work for the seller, not the buyer. This means that the agent wants to
get the seller the best price possible. Using a buyer's broker, who has
your best interest in mind, may help you shave thousands off a home's purchase
price, mortgage or various other costs, and there is no fee to the consumer."
Woman's Day suggests to find a buyer's broker, you should call one of the
many referral services across the country such as Buyer's Trust -
