LOAN PROCESS - A four step process

 Level One

Buyer's Trust Commercial Funding  requires a brief summary of the loan either over the phone or filling out the enclosed project sheet.  We will usually contact you within 24 hours to let you know if we can assist you further.

 Level Two

If the project meets basic criteria, more detailed information is required to perform a “second level” analysis to determine feasibility.  Level Two may involve a meeting with a site visit.  A confidentiality and BTCF fee structure is executed.

 Level Three

A proposed loan structure will be suggested.  Meetings with the lender may be required and further refinements of the deal are discussed.

 Level Four

A written loan commitment is issued by the lender with terms and conditions.
